INGREDIENTS
1-2 calmondin per person

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350-400 degrees.
Cut fruit in half across the equator.
Place cut-side up on cookie sheet or roasting pan.
Roast for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Squeeze juice as desired.
